Biography: Born Lewistown, Pennsylvania 1951. She has been a partner of the firm since 1987 and has been serving as a managing partner since 1998. She has earned an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest assessment afforded.

Ms. Fagan was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for 2009.
